Joakim Krantz – awesome
Posted by Hon | September 30th, 2010 | Filed under Blog
I’d seen some of his work but did not know his name, Jason shared it with me, Joakim Krantz. Everyone’s probably seen his skinny red knuckle. Here are 2 other from some years ago I believe. Purple Photos from churchofchoppers and the other from Maltes bikerblog!

Photos from Comune. This format looks great. Love how the bikes are displayed like the true pieces of art that they are. Would be nice to see them all take off at the end of the night too. Check out more at the Comune site.

Progress

This is a really big step ahead for me. OEM 45 springer with BT rockers. Was considering repop for a number of reasons, but picked this up from Jason. It’s really a sickness, but one that I don’t want to end! I’m glad this part has now joined the family. Now I’ve got to some important things to take care off, looking forward to the next time I can update the blog with “Progress”.

Look what walked in the door

Jason’s buddy had this cool Bates seat on his Honda Chop in the 70′s, wasn’t into it and stored it and now passed it on to Jason since he know that Jason’s into parts like this. Very cool thing to do.

Jason mocked up the 1972 Swing Arm Shovel with the parts it came with. O.k. it’s not the best looking bike but you have to appreciate it for what it is, it’s like looking back into history. Jason is going to get it running soon, another successful rescue!
