Parts for use one day

I’m sure everyone has a small pile of parts they’ve acquired and intend to use one day. I have a very small pile. I try to get only what I need. 2 quick pics, first has the preunit tranny I do plan to use for my 45 project and a couple of seats for something . . . and the second pic, has a short Sugar Bear Springer I hope to one day to use on something very cool. What do you got?
