Milton Swap Meet – Cubs

Couple guys had these Honda Cubs and were riding around to check out the swap. Not that big of a meet to cover, but probably makes it that much more fun. This is Ben’s cub, he sold me my ironhead.

Milton Swap Meet

Today was the Richard Purdon Memorial Swap Meet at the Country Heritage Park, Milton, Ontario. Overcast skies but a pretty good turn out, my first time there. There was Harley stuff, British stuff, Japanese stuff, . . . Didn’t really get anything worth while myself. I try not to collect stuff I don’t need, especially when I have a motor to rebuild. Also, no sense in competing with Zac too, he’s a got an eagle eye at these swaps and got the good stuff with the JPRC guys bright and early. It’s all good, great bunch of guys and the parts usually go to whoever needs them.

I enjoy looking back at all the photos of my build. I took a ton of photos. I’m new to wrenching myself, so I got to do this type of stuff. Again, no Harpoon or Blue Moon stuff going on here!

My Ryan Smith Mystery deck when it was new. I loved the graphics and actually got a few and passed them along to buddies.
Glad to have see some articles around the web that show Ryan Smith has made an incredible recovery. Sorry, can’t remember where I got the pics of the bike from.
