Finned Primary

This is one of the best looking sides of any bike that you will ever see. Love the primary side on Jason’s pan.

Two of the guys that are the reason why I have a bike on the road. Pure inspiration, Jason Parker and Stony Smith. Thank you guys.

Soul Seekers – Thank you Ryan
Posted by Hon | September 26th, 2011 | Filed under Blog
Ryan of King Shit magazine has been a great supporter of this event since the beginning. Without him there’s no way this would have gone down. I had an opportunity to meet with him briefly. I hope our paths cross again soon. Thanks King Shit Mag and Ryan!
Soul Seekers – Showtime!
Posted by Hon | September 25th, 2011 | Filed under Blog
The event had people coming in and out throughout the evening. It was a really good crowd, no attitude and a lot of appreciation for the photography and the bikes on display. At this point, I started to take some random photos of the show which I’ll share later on, I’m not one to stick a camera in someones face but for now here are some random crowd shots to end today’s posts. Thanks again to all the sponsors for making the show happen! Great to see everyone and thanks to all who approached me about the blog and the pics!

Soul Seekers – Bikes on Display
Posted by Hon | September 25th, 2011 | Filed under Blog
It was amazing to see the bikes displayed as art pieces along side the photos from the contributors. I’ve seen these bikes a million times at Jason’s, the small group of us sit there an sometimes get lose in them. The anticipation was killing me, I wanted to see what others would think.

Soul Seekers – JPRC Arrives
Posted by Hon | September 25th, 2011 | Filed under Blog
Things started to come alive when Jason and the guys showed up from JPRC with the 5 bikes for the show. Jason brought a really healthy mix of bikes to show the diversity that he’s capable of. Great to see all the different styles coming from one individual. If there was more room we might have seen his Honda digger, Indian or 45. I had a chance to sneak some shots of a few bikes in front to the graffiti, I’ll share some of those later on.

Soul Seekers – Setup
Posted by Hon | September 25th, 2011 | Filed under Blog
I got to the show early to help Lyndsey setup but since I don’t have much experience with the hanging of gallery photos I decided to shoot some photos of the setup. As I mentioned the space is awesome. We were all thinking the setup would be perfect for a bike shop. Great to see a nice box of Real decks come in, they looked great on the walls. More to come . . .
