Mag era Ironhead sportster
Jason dropped this rocker on me, the old Shovel style rocker with the middle filled up used on the older Ironheads. Looks great, a nice clean look. Reminded me of the vid below from Nice MC.
Few rides hanging outside
In the lot in front of JPRC you will find a few of Jason's rides waiting their turn for a new life. (Again, what I do when I'm waiting to get in the shop).
Stony in the local paper
Our buddy Stony at Oddball Kustoms had an article in the local paper the Toronto Star over the weekend. Check it out online here: http://www.wheels.ca/article/782969. He's always up to some cool stuff. I can't wait until next year when his half pipe will be up!
Vintage air cleaner - which one?
This is what happens when you get to Jason's early and wait for him. You stare into his office window and see parts! I spotted these louvered air cleaner covers. I've only seen in a Vibes mag that I had. I like it for it's simple look.
It never gets easy, so now which one should I run?
I know, I'll use both, the louvered one for a more understated feel and the holely one when I just want to scream! Easy enough to swap in and out.
Got fitted for new bars today
Jason fitted me for new bars today, pictures to follow later on. He got me hooked up super quick and with style. He's not done the finishing yet but check out the mounts he made for me, no more stock oe white plastic bushings and bolts hanging out. Super clean now, great attention to details.

I know, I keep posting very similar pics of this bike but it's probably my favourite one right now a JPRC. Once my bike is done this one is going out on the lift.
Going to do some tweaks
My engine has been rebuilt by Jason, cylinders were powder coated by Dennis, heads just spray bombed. Looking to do some tweaks before we finish, going to be changing the air cleaner, along with some other fine details, it never ends.
It's a sickness
I really wanted to be at JPRC tonight to see my bike getting finished but my wife needed me to be designated driver for her sisters "pottery" birthday party. I wasn't too thrilled but, I couldn't resist when they said "hey you got an hour, build something". Was actually pretty fun, wish I had a few more minutes to add more and the fine details.
