In the beginning - going on 2 years now
Seems like ages ago. I keep thinking that 2 years has passed but it will be 2 years this coming March. I've posted very similar shots to this already, these are just ever so slightly different angles. I feel the excitement all over again, what was I thinking . . .
Inspiration - Kiyo's Knuckle
I'm hot on 45s now, but this has got to be one of my favorite bikes of all time. Kiyo's Knuckle, from Garage Company, LA. I was looking all over for shots of this bike, not sure why I didn't go to the Garage Company site until tonight. There are more photos there. I've downloaded and posted enough here, go to their site to see a lot more cool stuff.

A little bit of contrast is a good thing for sure
I wasn't sure what I thought at first about the chrome cam cover on my 48 WL, the cylinder head bolts are weathered chrome as well so there is a good contrast with the other parts of the motor. I'm liking the mix and contrast it brings now, gives it more dimension and interest to look at, at least it does for me.
Getting the start procedures down, think I got it
Middle of winter and I'm messing with start procedures, the neighbors love me : ). Can't help it with the weather above zero for a bit. I think I got it down good.

Jason can get you what you need to finish your project, from rare vintage parts to new stuff (see seat springs in the top right). He's always got a line on stuff for me that I need. Thanks man!
It's about the details
These guys got model building skills and some serious patience. Great looking front end and roller going! It's messing with my brain, I have to get one now, or should I say get working on my life size one!!!

Don't know why I keep shooting head shots of my motor. Something drawing me in.
Quality time with the ironhead
Feeling a little better today so I spent some time in the garage with the Ironhead. Been preparing my inspiraton "wallpaper" as well.
Bob's front end
Neat shot of Bob's invader that he got from Jason on his CB chop build. Oh, did I mention that front end is made by Jason? If you need anything he is the guy.
