Tall & skinny?

I've always been really into Wassel peanut tanks or maybe a skinny Sporty tank. I like some of the molded tanks as well. Some guys are always pushing different lines on their bikes. Check out this tank from http://daikoube.blogspot.com/, tall, skinny and ribbed. I'm torn, not sure about it. Looks like it was executed nicely and the paint looks awesome, great design. Who knows, just watch, I'll have one next time. cimg5872jpg.jpg cimg5874jpg.jpg

Max Schaaf - Vans Syndicate Oakland Edition

My wife got these for me a while ago. Tough to find in Canada, she picked them up while traveling. Very cool shoe, came with grips, fish scale insoles and was very nicely packaged like ol'skool Harley Davidson Parts style. I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff, I will wear them around for a little then skate them or wear while riding. 4q4.jpg 4q1.jpg

Skate season winding down

I'm usually at the park early on the weekends to avoid the crowds. This is what greeted me today. Didn't have a broom on me so had a short 1 hour session dodging leaves, surprised I only had one small spill. Oh well, getting cold too. markham_park2.jpg markham_park1.jpg markham_park3.jpg

Lots of cool hand made details on the Shovelhead. It's going to go for paint with Mathis and out for chrome. j_longbike_1.jpg
