CNE Swap - no luck

$13 bucks parking, $14 bucks admission, stayed less than an hour and forgot my camera battery! So here are a couple cell phone pics. A nice UL built by the gentleman who sold me my ironhead a few years ago. Last pic has him selling some prints to a woman. He said himself, "just brought crap this year".

What is engraved on that cheese grater piece?

Was more interested in the piece and didn’t take note too much of the engraving, looks like an award and an old Harley sales marking of some kind.
