Let's see where this takes me
Got this seat over the net a few months ago, was told that it was a Bates, didn't look too carefully at the ad and thought the price was fair. When I got it, I tried to like it but it was just too thick. Seller was straight up, the ad mentioned "nice and thick". Anyway, I'm no seat maker by any means so lets see where this take me. Gotta change it and don't want to use up any more resources. Will need help finishing.

These are good looking seats. Seeing them around more now. Jason's got a nice set. I have a flat white set (no diamond pattern) for when I was going to use clear Super Sixties grips way back when on my ironhead.
Haven't been well
I think I got food poisoned yesterday, feeling real bad. Just making this post to get my spirits back up. Hope to continue progress on the bike. This shot was from the mockup session we had the other day.
